Power Running in Politics!

Every one has their passion. Wether it be Nick Nolte and cocaine, or Sally Struthers and cheescake. After my family, beer, Marlboro Lights, and Asain porn, mine are football and politics. Seeing as how the NFL season now has as much movement as Anna Nicole Smith, I thought I would write about the upcoming election.  You see football is great, but the upcoming '08 election is about the state of our country and where it is headed. Therefore, let's focus on this like Stevie Wonder would with brail!

What we have to choose from is like getting drunk and choosing between the 200lbs woman and the 250lb woman. We have a woman Marxists, a militant with no record( unless the FBI has a file), and a guy who carries the R beside his name because he is a retard! I am a regiestered Republican, but in this day and age Republican is just a word. What we don't have is a constructionist! For the young ones that still have Smiliac on your breath, that deals with a piece of paper we no longer use anymore...the Constitution!

Of all of the candidates out there, there is not one that has followed this document and probably have never even read it! I think most know more about O' magazine than they do of this. Everyone one of them will grow the size of government larger than Rosie and Rosanne combined. What I want is a candidate that rely's on a great defense and power running. In short, a simple game plan please.

The Constitution was designed to limit the Federal government's powers, and leave most of everything with the states deciding their own futures! That is what we need in this country plain and simple. If anyone can find a candidate like that I am all ears. If not, then I will just have to put my name on the ballot! Any candidate that will cut and limit the scope of government, abolish the IRS, and do away with every wasted government program out there, you will have me screaming more than Paris Hilton with the Denver Broncos! Anyone with any input please help. I am more lost than Ray Charles in the woods!

Power Running in Politics!

Barac Hussein Obama II scares the hell out of us for several reasons:

1-- He's a communist wrapped in a socialists flag.
Anybody who tells you "Their gonna make the rich pay their share" while being rich is an oxyMORON. The Obama are trying to accumulate wealth just as fast as the next couple but they use class warfare as a smoke screen. The rich already pay their FAIR share. The wealthy pay between85-95% of the money collected in revenue. Barac simply believes in "redistributing money from those who have it to those who don't."
2-- He sat in a church that spews hate and then lied to cover his ass when it became public.
His first public statement was that he only attended Rev. Wright's church infrequently. After being pressed on it he admitted to attending regularly but not hearing these comments. Then he admitted attendance and hearing the comments but not taking them to heart because --My white Grandmother also is scared of people.
3--The Media LOVES him. Just watch the coverage and see how his BUSHISMS aren't even making the news. Go to YouTube and pull up his gaffs and the polished ,great, and wise speaker is a hollywood generated image-- he's an empty suit parroting speeches.
4-- WHEN I'M PRESIDENT I"LL MEET WITH IRAN--WITH NO STIPULATIONS-- Does not anybody see that a guy from Chicago who has no Foreign Policy experience is in over his head? How can you meet with the leader of a country who is actively trying to arm his country with Nukes and carry out the stated goal of "WIPING ISRAEL OF THE MAP." He also wants to hire more Arab translators for Afghanistan (even though they don't speak Arabic) and he even thinks we have 57 STATES IN AMERICA? Yeah I know-- he was tired from campaigning__right!

So as they say-- he's an enigma wrapped in a riddle. Open your eyes America and realize that he's just a snake-oil salesman.

Great post-- and I couldn't agree more about the immigration. As a life long Republican it's a shame our candidate is McCain.

His name appears as co-sponsor on bills with Kennedy,Lieberman, and Feinstein. Not exactly conservatives. It's also why he's a RINO(Republican In Name Only) and is close to Obama on several issues. He's never worked for anyone beside the military or been in politics.

I'm afraid I'll hold my nose when I vote this year for him and the sad truth is he'll take the Republican Party even further to the left-- God help us.

Be afraid-- be very afraid!!!!!

nsbradley..I appreciate the compliments and yes this country is on the decline. If you generally look at the life of a "democracy" (we are not one but that is another subject) it is about 175 years.  We are starting to make the turn towards Communism.  I just wish people in this country paid as much attention to their government as they do to the newest HollyWood couple or American Idol!

Very well written blog....and good posts.  I am extremely frightened for our Country.....things do not make any sense and our three choices do not either.....granted McCain endured being a pow but his policy re illegals is absurd....there are those factors which define a country and borders are on that factor list.

Perhaps we are at a point where we are going the way that all cultures eventually go - towards the end....but we should be kicking and screaming the rest of the way......no more tax raises, no illegals, no one on welfare who is capable of working, no more insane spending/wasting of tax dollars, no revolving doors for criminals such as child molesters, rapists, killers, etc.....and guard our borders!

We cannot keep up the "makes no sense" policies - it just seems that each candidate has some smarts to some degree but their faults are glaring....we need another Boston Tea Party all over the country.

Crispyone...I knew there was a reason why me and the Bronco fans got along so good! Asians! Seriously though, I served too in the Navy. I was a veteran of Desert Storm and I too will have to go with McCain. It's frustrating though that there is no candidate that believes in smaller government, the abolishing of  the IRS, and individualism anymore. As far as the redistribution of wealth, they now call it Progressive Government...Keep your ears out!

And after being stationed in S. Korea for 2 years, I too have a fondness for Asian gals!

I could never understand the G.I.s that paid for sex though. Picking up Korean girls was like shooting fish in a barrel. Those were the days...and nights!

I'd vote for a monkey before any of these candidates. Sadly, I'll have to settle on McCain.

Obama? He goes to a church that won't allow his own mother to attend. Plus, I don't think his wife will make that great of a president!

Hillary? She sounds like Karl Marx when she talks. All this talk of re-distribution of the wealth in this country. I'm sorry but enough of my money goes to lazy good-for-nothing bums already! Since the idiots in New York elected her she has voted AGAINST EVERY tax cut and has voted FOR EVERY tax increase. Keep your grubby hands off my money Hillary.

McCain? I'm not to thrilled at the prospect of a president who should be in anger management counseling.
